1. Signing into www.ontimepayroll.com

It is simple and easy. You will see the login button on the top right corner. Once you click it and enter the information required there, you will be able to use the services from ontimepayroll.

2. Who can see my information?

Well, no parties other than the necessary ones are able to view your information. No third parties or unwanted entities are able to view it.

3. I forgot my user name.

If you have forgotten your password or username, you can find an option on the login page that will make your password or username to be emailed on the registered email. You will have to verify your identity in order to be able to access or reset your password.

4. I forgot my email address.

Please contact your Human Resources or Payroll department for assistance.

5.Do I have to be at work to sign in?

No, you can sign in from anywhere in the world with an internet connection; just be sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader and a web browser.
